Why we started
A familiar tradition, made ready for today.
For generations, mustard oil has been part of family recipes, winter pickles, festive meals and everyday tadka. Rudraksha was created to carry that culinary tradition forward in practical, securely packed formats.
Our focus is straightforward: begin with mustard seeds, use a carefully managed production process and pack the finished oil for convenient use in modern Indian homes. Every pack—from 500 ml to the 5 litre family jar—is designed around real kitchen needs.

02Extracting the golden oil
Oil Expeller
The prepared seeds move to the expeller, where controlled mechanical pressure releases the oil while retaining mustard's familiar character.

Filter Press
The extracted oil is passed through filtration equipment to remove suspended seed particles and achieve a clean, consistent finish.
